Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It can be administered by "laying on hands" or at a distance where the practitioner uses the surrogate method. Reiki is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

Reiki works on an energetic level, whereas most mainstream healing modalities neither truly heal the core issue or work as deeply on the subtle etheric body.

You will complete a confidential client history form that outlines the areas in your body and life that you would like the session to focus on. This will also help me monitor your progress from session to session. 

A distance session usually lasts around 60 minutes. During this time you are asked to find a quiet comfortable spot where you can be fully relaxed. You may sit or lie down. Just before the session you will receive a text reminder with instructions & suggestions for the best session possible. During this time I will direct the universal Reiki energy to you with the intentions you have mentioned in your client intake questionnaire as well as to any and all parts of your mind, body, & soul that need healing and cleansing energies. After the session, I will send you a text with additional aftercare instructions.
 

Hi I'm Nikki! I wanted to introduce myself & say it's an honor to see you here on my page! Since everything is connected & because I certainly don't believe in accidents, both you & I know you are here for a reason. My reason for being here, is to use my skills & talents to uplift & help others find their way on their healing journeys. I've struggled with my own healing journeys since I was a child, but most recently I was drawn to reiki after my son Dominic died, just two months after his sixteenth birthday. He was such a special soul, & his loss weighed heavy on my heart. I was already working with other healing modalities in my life & businesses but reiki was suggested as a form of therapy for my deep symptoms of grief, both physical & emotional. If you've ever lost someone close to you, you know that it can physically feel like a heavy heavy brick is just sitting on your chest squeezing the life out of you. There were times it was rough. However, through it all, I have surrendered & allowed myself to come to the knowingness that we never really die. That what lies after we are finished with our mission here is so much grander than anyone ever imagined & sometimes that mission gets to be shorter than others. It is an honor to use my experience, wisdom, & compassion to help you through any difficulties you are having in these extremely uncertain times, & to do whatever I can to uplift humanity!
